    2 .. How .. ‘to be ready’

The easiest way is to be simply by ‘giving you heart to the Lord our God, fully. Yet is it as easy as that ? …

• There is NO down payment or sacrifice ..

• There is NO blowing yourself up, for false promises ..

• There is NO mutilating your body in any way ..

It’s as simple as 1 2 3

Let me ask then .. “Why should you choose Jesus Christ??

• What happens when you pass away?

• Where do you go?

• When passing away do I go to Heaven or Hell?

There is no factor that is a part, in whether you know, and have a relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ.
1 John 5:13 “These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life”

   I can’t stress enough, that ‘how-important it is to join us saved in glory, in Heaven. Especially it is so simple ~ Painless ~ Cost Free, so what is there not to become excited about. My life was dull ~ Lifeless ~ Worthless ~ even empty. I know I did things wrong, bad things, even ugly, to use a Biblical term .. “I am a Sinner”
Romans 3:23 “for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God"

   Sin actually comes down from ‘Adam & Eve’, please don’t underestimate how God feels about sin, a smell word, but this is how .. Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death” .. so to put is in another way, to help the penny drop. When you arrive in Hell, it will make you wish you had accepted Christ as your Lord and Saviour. But, you’ll be too late, this is now for eternity, forever and ever and ever.

   I do have some good news, what He did do is, to send His only Son .. John 3:16 “For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life” .. to help you out there is some more good news, in that when you read the rest of the verse from .. Romans 6:23 “but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord” .. to show what God gives in return look no further than .. Romans 5:18 “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us”

   I’m telling you ‘How’ I accepted, believing in something you can’t .. See .. touch .. Smell, you just need to believe in Christ Jesus. He does not ASK, but He really wants to be your personal Saviour, God sent His very own Son down to us in the flesh. God did this so we can associate to Him as a human, but is was also to bridge the gap between us (The Gentiles) and gods own chosen people (The Jewish) peoples. Christ truly paid for our sins. Listen, if you were blessed, Father, to have a Son, and only Child, how proud it would make you feel? Then it is shown that to save all the lost, those known to you and those unknown to you, you must sacrifice him.

Could you? .. Would you?

Romans 10:13 “For whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
OK, I have been banging on about being saved when I feel you’ve been shouting at the screen as in Acts 16:30 “What must I do top be saved?” .. Firstly- let me urge you, for you will never regret, in placing your full trust in Christ Jesus, as your Saviour .. In the Collins Dictionary ‘to be saved ‘ is put like this:- Save(d) [1]rescue, preserved, [2]delivered from sin .. Where as Biblically it’s put this way .. to Save is to:-Heal, Cure, Preserve, to keep Safe & Sound, Rescue from Danger Destruction, Deliver. Sozo saved from physical death by healing, and from spiritual death by, the forgiving of sins and it’s effects. Translated, simply as ‘To Give New Life’ and ‘to cause to have a new heart’.

Ephesians 2:7/8 “that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God”
This has the echo of .. “for god saved the World” John 3:16 .. It’s the end of V8 when it’s said .. “it is the gift of God” .. This truly shows the heart, and shows, Gods love for us. How we come to God is through His Son, Christ Jesus.

How do I know that the end times have come?

How much do I need to change?

   Lets address the first question, in that, if saved, you’ll be taken up in the twinkling of of an eye. To demonstrate how quick that is, right now before going any further, I want you to blink. Go on, no one is watching you, well did you blink. Look come on I’ll even look away, OK well done. Just think how quick that was. Your brain sends a message to the eye to blink, when it has done this the eye sends a message of confirmation back to the brain. A Twinkling happens in less than half the time, it just happens. So one second your here, the next we’re soaring up into the Heavens, leaving what ever you were doing behind. From – Sleeping to Walking, from Driving your Car to flying an Aeroplane, from working in an Office to Driving a Truck. Before you’ll know it you’ll be in Heaven in the presence of our Father God. After all who wants not to be in Heaven, as a opposed to being in Hell.
Revelation 21:24 “And the nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light, and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honour into it"

   I do wonder at this juncture, how many of you have asked Jesus to be your very own personal Saviour? You do know that you can do this right here right now. No special ceremony or place. I do recommend that if you do, seek out a Church that will come along side you, and support you during this time of transition. Asking Christ into your life, but more importantly into your heart. I can promise from the start of everything changes for the better. There are so many Churches with varying styles in worship, such Anglican ~ Elim ~ Church of England [C of E] ~ Methodist Pentecostal to Presbyterian, and many more besides. I would be here all day trying to list them. Word of warning .. ‘be careful in your choice, as some claim parts of the Bible irrelevant. What I would recommend is search out an ‘Alpha Course’, as this will give you a good grounding, as well as meeting other Christians, and introduces you to reading the bible and how to apply it to your life. For a new Bible look for a NKJV, New King James Version, as it a universal version that many Churches use, to start with again there are many versions but this is a good starting place.

   Now having walked you through ‘HOW’ [to always be ready], I hope and pray you either closer to, or want to give your life to Christ Jesus, then I would encourage you to pray the redemption prayer ...

Lord Jesus I believe you are the one true Living God,that you died for me, and  that you I know  I’m asinner, and ask you now to be my personal Saviour,I’m placing my full trust in you alone, and accept your gift of eternal life. Thank you for keepingyour promise. Amen

Thank you Lord Jesus for saving us by taking away the sins of this world, no matter what they may have been. Using me as a conduit for your Holy Spirit to minister to and save the lost. Let the words of your break down the hardest of hearts. In your holy Name we pray. Amen.

   OK, I need you to stop, and think for a while, how come someone was willing to go through all the pain He did. Then be nailed to a tree? Because in equal measure He loved us that much. Do you know anyone whom your willingly – unconditionally – ready to sacrifice yourself for? That is how great Gods love is for all of us. W.O.W Once you can finally get your head around that, and grasp how great a gift this is, how much better you will fully feel about yourself. You will not want to even dip your big toe into your old ways.

# OK, now that part is sinking in,

now try the following out for size. #

   Over 2000 years ago, Christ Jesus & our father God knew you, way before your parents new about conceiving you. This is true supernatural stuff. Let this resonate with you for a minute. So then after accepting Him into your life because you knew you had to change you ‘life style choices’, to go back to your old ways, that would be plain stupid.

   You don’t go and pay good hard earned money on a brand new computer, only to get it home, then go on line to your old virus filled web sites, or do you?

OK, Sixty million Dollar Question: …

Why if God so loved his Son, why send Him and allow

Him to be treated worse than a common criminal.

Then allow Him to be wiped till there was barely any

skin left on His back, if that was not enough then

they put a thorny crown upon Jesus’ head.

Then made to carry on Jesus back , through the

streets for all to see, all the waywardness streets

to the Mount of olives. Then with these great

long nails, they drove them through Jesus’ hands and

feet, right through to the other side of the cross …

Why oh Why?

… All this to beat death, and ascend to Heaven. But wait this is just scandalous, I don’t know of anyone today that would love us so much they would freely sacrifice their only son, so we would have life more abundantly, do you? That is why we sing songs of worship, and give prayers of gratitude today. Now, when we die and go up to Heaven, as death has no hold over us any more, to be with Christ Jesus in Heavenly realms.

   Within our relationship, and it’s so good, surly you would not take advantage of this beautiful thing. But yet, Christ wants to be closer with you, helping you. Surly you know the sky is the limit in what you can have. Here’s a point to ponder … ‘The more I want Him, the more I behold Him, (if you will), there is a change in me, a supernatural change that leaves me more & more & more, felling Wonderful .. Happiest .. Contentment ..Whole’. Finally liberated from all that had bound me from before for so long. Instead of wanting the urges to go after my old fleshy ways, now I yearn for the good graces, from our living God above. I’m now wanting a personal relationship, so that when I get to Heaven I will already know Him. It’ll be like meeting up with a long lost friend, who would not want that?

   The old 1,000 hoops we had jump through, are now gone. We are not coming to Church for a performance, nothing of the sort. Praise Be. Now, what should move you spiritually, is, Christ Jesus our Lord & Saviour. While we are looking upon Him, looking into His Glorious face, and trying to more like Him, there is something stirring within me that is beyond measure and wealth, I feel so liberated. I no longer want to give my time or thoughts to my old fleshy ways, not for a second. Now I only seek a relationship with Him, for ALL else is folly! Again the only thing that should move you is that relationship with Him.

   Because now I’m taking pleasure in Him, and all my desires are totally changing. Now there is this wondrous opportunity to tell so many people about this as possible, till it sinks in. This has changed me so much so, I thought I was happy, but now I know true happiness. I recognise Gods graces now upon my life I refuse to let anyone one still this true happiness and Gods good graces in my life. I will share these for eternity, and back, never letting them be taken, that would be this Worlds greatest travesty. I want all of us to know Him better, closer.

Q: Are you ready to know Jesus on a

more personal level?

    

   There is something wrong with a person who says “I feel less condemned, but I still want my old ways”. So then why did you choose to be saved? Then still expect all of Gods graces. Let me put it this way – ‘Why would you want to get your dream job, yet you don’t turn up for work, and still expect to get paid, really who does that?

   Everyday, with no let up, you are going to be in conflict with yourself, your old fleshy ways, and Jesus ways? I know as soon as I open my eyes, it’s always Jesus ways, no hesitation, no question. Some of you may still be in conflict, so let me help you with this suggestion of a poem, try and remember it or write it down and keep it in your wallet…

   One night a child was starring up into the night sky, wondering how one could get up to Heaven? As it was so so far away, as he could see no ladder. He was stood by his wise mother who offered in response …

“Heaven must first come down to you,

then, Heaven must come first into

your heart.”

… We must always remember what Jesus Christ told us in Math 6:9/13…

Our Father in heaven,
Hallowed be Your name.
10-Your kingdom come.
Your will be done
On earth as it is in heaven.
11-Give us this day our daily bread.
12-And forgive us our debts,
As we forgive our debtors.
13-And do not lead us into temptation,
But deliver us from the evil one.
For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the

glory forever. Amen.

…. # Please take note – We can never enter Heaven/ until Heaven enters us. For we must have the life of God inside of us before we are ready to dwell in blessedness with God, and turn away from our old ways.

   It may seem that Heaven is afar off, and we have to wait to experience it’s wonder that waits there for us. But wait, NO, as it begin right here and now, in al we do today – tomorrow – n in what you did yesterday.

   Remember our Lords prayer, where it states ..” Thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven “. (v10) ..Just think of that line for a minute, “ on Earth”. It means, in our shopping: work place: in our cars: homes: schools: in our social lives: our times of temptation; our sorrows as well, tell you what lets say EVERYTHING we do and see. The Lords prayer is not to be taken out of our World into Heaven, and to begin there doing Gods will. That’s why it written “On Earth that it is in Heaven” Jesus told us this, that we might just grasp this, He never said something, and immediately recanted (in other words then with drew the statement).

"How do they live in Heaven”

   When we begin our Christian lives on Earth with our hearts and minds and wills estranged from God. Hence why we want our own mercy way doing what we wanted, when – where – when and how we wanted, for our own gratification, not Gods. As we become Christians, now we want our way our way to be a new life is the acceptance of God and Christ Jesus as our King. But, not straight away does the Kingdom in us become fully His. We need to change everything we do and say, this takes time, it does not happen over night. Just as a puppy must be taught to let us know when it needs out to the garden. So we must be taught his ways. Christian growth is simply the beginning of our wills into perfect accord with Gods. It is learning to do always things that please, it is the least we can do after He saved us.

Our wills are ours, Such a profound truthful description of Humanity. For god made us in His own image, yet we still have a free will to do as we wish. This is so God ‘cannot’ force His will upon us, and so left up to us to come freely to Him.

   You see God want our wills, but only if we come unto Him freely, without pressure or force, or, spiritual & Christian growth wont happen. It would be like putting a 10ft wall around us, nothing going out, nothing coming in. We have to give all of us, to surrender completely. There’s no use being a footballer if you don’t use a football. Why would you be an Ice-skater if you don’t wear Ice-skates. Is any of this sinking in yet? When we are taught of/by God then daily by His divine Holy Spirit, then with every passing day our faith brings us a step close3r to Gods dream for us on Earth as it is in Heaven.

   Thy will be done”, … This requires our total obedience, both full and complete. It is talking of God word, not just into our hearts, but letting it come out in everything we do and say. It’s letting out Gods way always, sweetly, quietly, with love and faith.

“But the greatest of these is love”

1Corith 13:13

   The divine law is summed up in one word,, ‘Love -Thou shalt love – God is love – As it is in Heaven’ As the lesson are for sure gathered into one, learning the art of love/ing. The best place to do this is, by loving God first. Then loving God begets in us love to all men.

Our wills are ours, to make them thine

   For sure many of us think of only the Earthly side to love? We all like to be loved (it stirs our soul), that is, to have other people love us, and live for us, do all kinds of things for us freely. There is an old saying ….

….It is better have been loved, and lost,

than to have never been loved at all

   We all enjoy the gratification of love, but that is only miserable selfishness if it goes NO further. To receive, to get is Earthly, “As it is in Heaven”, is truly giving. That is what gods loves does, it finds a blessedness in giving….

John 3:16

“God so loved the world that He gave His only

begotten Son”

...that is pure unconditional love. Christ’s love is the purest of all, pours out it’s very ‘life’s blood’, to the very last drop. The one thing that is the essential meaning of loving must always be giving, not that you are looking for a return, that means not receiving in return. We all think that our Heavenly blessedness is often one of selfishness, in other words; what we feel we deserve, and that it will be all enjoyment, and all receiving.

   Please bear in mind, even in Heaven will not be an eternity of self gratification, of the bliss of receiving. Even there, yes especially there, where all imperfections, they will all left behind, love though must find it’s blessedness in giving, in serving others, and in pouring out into other lives.

“. .On Earth as it is in Heaven. .” In the world that we live today, where social media is king. Staying in touch with those we know, anywhere in the World, we still we still find those still sighing, just to have friends, and just to know what it ius to be loved. . .

• Why not it is only natural..

• We all hunger for love..

...one thing craving will become is, totally ‘unwholesome’, slowly passing this and then onto and becoming ‘Miserably-morbid’. Though a great deal more wholesome desire is craving to give love, to be a blessing to others, to pour out the hearts sweet life to refresh weary hearts.

It is Gods will that we should love..

“O..Lord, great and awesome God, who keeps His covenant and mercy with those who love Him, and with those who keep His commandments..”

...Isaiah wrote regarding love in 38 17

“..Indeed it was for my own peace That I had great bitterness;
But You have lovingly delivered my soul from the pit of corruption, For You have cast all my sins behind Your back..”

...WOW, “What have I done O Lord, to deserve such love like this?” That God ‘is’ willing to do this, yet man kind (Gentiles) never got this then, or even a small percentage of today’s Earth population. I can only say scandalous on today’s population with knowledge read our finger tips, and the Christians who know this and don’t/won’t share, when we have been told to ..

“go out in to the World and preach the Gospel”

...not to sit our bums and do nothing, and make excuses, ‘Oh it’s to windy’ .. ‘they will bring the tone down’ .. excuses excuses.

Whilst sharing this quote, I have to say I’m sure who wrote this..

“It may be only a covetous outreach,

after a blessing which belongs to

another, and without which that

other life must be left wholly and refreshed”

...a great deal more wholesome desire is the craving to give love, to be a blessing to pour out the heart’s sweet life to refresh other weary hearts. It seems to be the mission of some in this world to give not to receive. They are set to shine in the darkness, burning up their own life as lamp oil burns, to be light to other souls. They are called to serve, to minister to wear out their life in giving sweetness, comfort, and to help others , while none come to minister to them, to pour out loves sweetness into their hearts, and to give them daily bread of affection, cheer, and help. In many homes today we find such lives . . . a patient wife and mother, or a gentle unselfish sister blessing, caring for, serving, giving out perpetually loves richest gifts, so why are we so apt in pitying such people.

Our Lord himself, He loved and gave blessed many, in the act He gave his life, but few came to Him a blessing and the sweetness of love in His own soul. For sure it more divine to give love than be loved. At least, God’s will for us is that we should love pouring out our hearts richest treasure upon others, not asking meanwhile for any return...

“ Love is it’s own best returns reward “

...“As it is in heaven” shines before us as the ideal of out Earthly life. Sometimes it is serving others – Sometimes it is quiet patient suffering, or passive waiting. The one great lessen to learnt is to have a perfect accord aligned with the will of God, in every moment of our lives, no matter what that may be.

“As it is in heaven” Heaven may seem far above us today, because for us at the moment the song is too sweet for our unmusical voices to sing.

This life is to beautiful for us, with our imperfect – inharmonious natures to live.

• But if only we are true to our Christian faith.

• If only we strive to do our fathers will.

• If only we keep our hearts open to the love of Christ, and to the help, and sanctifying influence of the Holy Spirit, we shall rise day by day towards Heavens perfections until we shall enter those pearly gates and be like him. For the present our striving and our prayers should ever be.
